Executive Report
Management receives a clear picture of the website’s condition: which errors were found, how serious they are, and in what order they should be fixed.
Errors are grouped by type and severity: translation, meaning, wording, untranslated elements, incorrect links, and problems with buttons, forms, contact details, and navigation.
Each error is described as a specific task: where it is located, what exactly does not work or is written incorrectly, how important it is, and what the result should be after the fix.
This report helps management quickly understand the scale of the problem, see which fixes should come first, and assess which tasks require a simple text edit and which require technical work on the website.

The samples are based on a real audit. The company name is hidden, and some data is not shown.
