For Web Agencies
You send us a file with the Russian website text and receive it back with corrections. You upload the file to the website, and the Russian version is ready. There is no need to hire a separate specialist.
Become a PartnerYou export the Russian version text from the content management system and send it to us as one file.
We check and edit the text directly in that file.
We return the corrected file in the same format. You upload it back to the website.
Errors that cannot be fixed in the file, such as links, forms, or layout issues, are provided as a separate short list for your developer.
Create the machine translation in the way you normally do. We will edit it, bring the text into natural Russian, and return the finished file before the website is delivered to the client. After upload, we will check the published pages to find errors that may have appeared when the text was placed on the website.
Export the Russian version text, and we will correct it in the same file. At the same time, we will audit the website from the perspective of a Russian-speaking customer: links, forms, language switching, and consistency of information across language versions.
We accept files exported from a content management system, such as XLIFF or CSV. We preserve the file structure and system data needed for later upload.
If projects with a Russian version appear from time to time, there is no need to keep a separate specialist on staff. You pay only for the work performed.
The Russian text may be provided by the client or created by a machine translation system, but the web agency is responsible to the client for the quality of the finished website. We audit and correct the Russian version before project delivery, so you do not have to return to these issues after client comments.
If your client needs a report, we can prepare it with your agency’s logo. We do not contact your clients directly and do not show your projects without permission.
You offer our work to your clients as part of your own services and set your own price. We handle the audit and editing. Partners receive a permanent discount of 20%.
1. You submit a request, and we confirm it within one business day.
2. You introduce us to a client or simply tell us about a company that needs a website audit.
3. We work with the client directly, and you receive 10% of all payments from that client for 12 months.

No. Translation is done by your translator or a machine translation system. We edit the finished Russian text so it sounds natural and audit the published website from the perspective of a Russian-speaking customer.
Send it in a file that your content management system can export, such as XLIFF or CSV. After the audit, we will return the corrected file in the same format. If the text cannot be exported, send links to the pages.
Links, forms, and layout issues cannot be fixed in a text file. We provide these errors as a separate list for the developer: where the problem is located, what the customer sees, and what needs to be fixed.
No. You can start with a pilot audit of one project. If our working format suits you, we can continue the cooperation and set permanent terms in an agreement.
