Terms of Service

Updated: October 2026

1. General Provisions

EPG Global ONE (Expert Perception Group Global ONE) services are provided by Magic of Discoveries LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, USA. In these Terms, the name “EPG Global ONE” is used.

These Terms are an agreement between EPG Global ONE and the client. By placing an order, paying for services, or using the work product, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

If EPG Global ONE and the client sign a separate agreement, that separate agreement applies in the event of any conflict.

These Terms may be published in several languages. If there is any conflict between the English version and a version in another language, the English version prevails.

2. Services

EPG Global ONE audits language versions of websites through the eyes of the customer, calculates the Customer Trust in Website Score (CTWS), prepares an executive report, and prepares task lists for the responsible people. Upon separate order, EPG Global ONE may also correct text.

The scope, timeline, and price of each project are listed on the Services and Pricing page or in the order confirmation sent by email.

The audit result reflects the condition of the website as of the audit date. Changes made to the website after that date are not included in the result.

3. What Is Not Included

EPG Global ONE services do not include:

  • legal, medical, financial, or other professional opinions;
  • certified or notarized translation;
  • evaluation of the website’s compliance with laws, industry requirements, or accessibility standards;
  • making changes to the client’s website;
  • any guarantee of growth in requests, sales, revenue, or search rankings.

4. How the Audit Is Conducted

EPG Global ONE audits only publicly available website pages as an ordinary visitor sees them. Access to the website administration panel is not required.

When auditing a large website, similar pages, such as doctor pages, property pages, product pages, service pages, or articles, may be audited on a sample basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client provides accurate order information and confirms that they have the right to order an audit of the specified website.

Corrections to the website are made by the client or the client’s contractors. The client is responsible for which corrections are made to the website and how they are implemented.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

The pilot audit is paid in full in advance. The payment procedure for other projects is specified in the order confirmation.

Payment system fees, if any, are paid by the client.

Subscriptions are paid monthly. The client may cancel the subscription at any time. In that case, the subscription ends at the end of the paid month.

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds

If the client cancels the order before work begins, the payment is refunded in full.

After work has begun, payment is not refundable. In that case, the client receives the result for the part of the work already completed.

8. Guarantee

EPG Global ONE performs the work carefully and in good faith, in accordance with the service description and the agreed scope of work.

If the client believes that the result does not match the agreed scope of work, the client must notify EPG Global ONE by email within 14 days after delivery of the work. EPG Global ONE will consider the request and, if the comment is justified, correct the result free of charge within a reasonable time.

If an error is found in text corrected by EPG Global ONE, EPG Global ONE will correct it free of charge. The guarantee is valid for 14 days after delivery, provided the text was not changed by the client or third parties after EPG Global ONE’s correction.

9. Confidentiality

EPG Global ONE does not disclose the names of its clients or share client materials and work results with third parties without the client’s written consent.

This does not apply to publicly available information or to cases where disclosure is required by law.

The client may not disclose individual terms and prices agreed with EPG Global ONE to third parties without EPG Global ONE’s written consent.

10. Anonymized Data and Research

EPG Global ONE may use anonymized audit results in its research, statistics, presentations, and informational materials.

Such materials do not include the client’s name, confidential client information, or other data that could identify a specific company.

11. Rights to the Work Product

After full payment, the client may use the report and task lists for its business purposes, including sharing them with employees, contractors, and responsible people.

The audit methodology, Customer Trust in Website Score (CTWS), report structure, document templates, and internal working materials remain the property of EPG Global ONE.

12. Limitation of Liability

Except for the guarantee stated in Section 8, the services are provided as described in these Terms and in the order confirmation.

EPG Global ONE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, interruptions in the client’s operations, actions of third parties, or decisions the client makes based on the audit result.

EPG Global ONE’s total liability to the client for all claims will not exceed 500 U.S. dollars.

A claim may be brought within one year from the date when the basis for the claim arose.

13. Sanctions Restrictions

The client confirms that they are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not included on the sanctions lists of the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other U.S. sanctions lists.

EPG Global ONE may refuse services or stop work if providing the services could violate U.S. sanctions requirements.

14. Force Majeure

EPG Global ONE is not responsible for any delay or inability to perform the work due to force majeure, meaning circumstances that EPG Global ONE could not reasonably foresee or control.

Such circumstances may include technical failures, service outages, access restrictions to the client’s website, actions of government authorities, emergencies, and other circumstances beyond EPG Global ONE’s reasonable control.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida, USA.

16. Changes to the Terms

EPG Global ONE may change these Terms and publishes the updated version on this page.

For an order already paid for, the version in effect on the order date applies.
